How to use the sheet
Write one concrete task per row, then choose a time budget. A task can be smaller than a whole assignment: outline one section, review three questions, or collect the next meeting actions. At the end, record the result and a next step rather than only ticking off the minutes.
Use the focus timer for separate work and break phases, or choose a single countdown. To save the sheet digitally, select Print and choose your browser or operating system’s Save as PDF option. No form submission is needed.
Teachers and colleagues can link directly to this page when sharing the sheet. The duration choices are planning examples, not a prescription for how long everyone should concentrate.
