Terms of Use
Last updated: August 30, 2026
Acceptance
By using AlarmClock.live, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Alarm reliability and safety
Browser alarms can be affected by device power, muted audio, volume settings, browser restrictions, closed tabs, sleep modes, network conditions, and operating-system behavior. Do not rely on AlarmClock.live as the sole alert for emergencies, medication, travel, employment, safety-critical tasks, or any situation where a missed alarm could cause harm or significant loss. Use a backup alarm when timing is important.
Your content and permissions
You are responsible for files, recordings, links, and other content you use with the service. You must have the right to use that content and must not use the service unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Information saved on your device
When you save or change alarms, labels, preferences, or spoken messages, you agree that AlarmClock.live may store that information in your browser so the requested features work and remain available when you return. This information is not stored in an AlarmClock.live account. Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to see it, so do not enter sensitive or confidential information. You can remove saved information using the “Choices” control on the main page or your browser’s site-data controls.
Privacy choices
Essential on-device storage supports the alarm features you request. Optional advertising and analytics services remain disabled unless you affirmatively allow them. You can review or change your choice later. Our Privacy Policy explains the information involved and how it is handled.
Third-party services
Links to music, radio, streaming, advertising, or other third-party services are provided for convenience. AlarmClock.live does not control their availability, licensing, content, or terms.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change, pause, or stop without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or a missed alarm.
Changes
We may revise these terms as AlarmClock.live evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
